We had a nice stay at the hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, location, staff, and breakfast - all satisfactory. The hotel facilities were standard and there was parking available.

The location of this hotel was great, right in the heart of town and close to all the festivities on New Year's Eve. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.
The lack of communication and staff presence was a major issue. We requested a late check-out but were not informed until the last minute that there would be an extra charge.

Located in the heart of the town, this hotel offers easy access to the public parking that is located nearby. the rooms are decently decorated and well-maintained with comfortable beds. the bathroom is clean and tidy. the staff is friendly and helpful. Though breakfast is not served, there are plenty of food options within walking distance.
The hotel needs to improve its communication with guests about important details like the lack of air conditioning in some rooms as mentioned in one review.

The hotel's location was very convenient- right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something.
We had some issues during our stay. Firstly, the air conditioning wasn't functioning correctly, which made our room exceptionally hot and uncomfortable. Secondly, we had pre-booked breakfast, but due to a lack of staff, there was no breakfast available during our stay. These issues were quite disappointing and impacted our experience at the hotel.
